目的观察20 g/L浓度戊二醛消毒液颜色变化,分析其原因。方法分别采用调整戊二醛消毒液主要辅助试剂含量和pH值,观察戊二醛消毒液配制后和放置期间颜色变化情况。结果含3.0 g/L碳酸氢钠的20 g/L戊二醛消毒液内加入5.0 g/L亚硝酸钠,储存2周内即可出现微黄色,储存3周以上随时间延长,其颜色变成淡黄色;随戊二醛消毒液内加入的亚硝酸钠浓度增加和时间延长,其颜色加深。含5.0 g/L亚硝酸钠的20 g/L戊二醛消毒液储存2周即变成黄色,随储存时间延长颜色逐渐变成深棕色;在加入碳酸氢钠之后,其颜色变化趋缓,随碳酸氢钠含量增加其颜色变化更慢。结论20 g/L戊二醛消毒液内加入亚硝酸钠会加速其颜色变黄,且其颜色变化程度与含量有关;加入碳酸氢钠可延缓亚硝酸钠所致变色程度。
Objective To observe the color change of 20 g / L glutaraldehyde disinfectant and analyze the reason. Methods The contents of main auxiliary reagents and pH value of glutaraldehyde disinfectant were adjusted respectively. The changes of glutaraldehyde disinfectant after preparation and during storage were observed. Results 5.0 g / L sodium nitrite was added into the 20 g / L glutaraldehyde disinfectant solution containing 3.0 g / L sodium bicarbonate. After stored for 2 weeks, yellowish yellow appeared. After storage for more than 3 weeks, the color changed Into a light yellow; with glutaraldehyde disinfectant added sodium nitrite concentration increases and prolonged, the color deepens. The 20 g / L glutaraldehyde disinfectant containing 5.0 g / L sodium nitrite turned into yellow after 2 weeks of storage, and gradually became dark brown with storage time. After addition of sodium bicarbonate, its color changed slowly, With sodium bicarbonate content increases its color changes more slowly. Conclusion The addition of sodium nitrite to 20 g / L glutaraldehyde disinfectant will accelerate its color yellowing, and the degree of its color change is related to its content. Addition of sodium bicarbonate can retard the discoloration of sodium nitrite.
