通过文献分析和专家咨询,依据胜任力原理,对基层医疗卫生机构中传染病监测岗位的工作任务进行了分析,提出基层医疗卫生机构传染病监测的6个岗位,并对6个岗位的职位要求和工作任务进行了详细描述,为卫生管理部门进行基层卫生机构传染病监测岗位人力资源管理和制定卫生规划提供科学依据。
