调整税收是目前我们国家工作和人民生活中的一个重大问题。根据毛主席的指示,政务院财经委员会与中央人民政府财政部曾经召集税务会议,专门讨论了这一个问题。人民政治协商会议第一届全国委员会第二次会议曾经讨论与同意了政务院财委会陈云主任和薄一波副主任关于调整税收问题的报告。除政务院已于五月三十一日公布一九五○年新解放区夏征公粮的决定,政务院财经委员会于五月三十一日公布减低盐税的决定外,六月二十九日政务院财经委员会又已部分地公布了调整税收工作的具体办法,其余部分不久亦将陆续公布。各地执行调整
