党的十八届三中全会提出,要发挥市场在资源配置中的决定性作用,这标志着我国市场经济理念与作用的深度、强度与广度,将要达到了一个全新的水平和境界。作为既有教育性又有职业性“双重属性”的高等职业教育,也必然要顺应市场化进程的客观要求,找准自身定位,切合时代脉搏,寻求成长路径,促进科学发展。
The Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee proposed that the market should play a decisive role in the allocation of resources, which marks the depth, intensity and breadth of the concept and role of the market economy in our country and will reach a completely new level and realm. As a higher vocational education with both educational and professional “dual attributes”, it is bound to conform to the objective requirements of the marketization process, identify its own position, meet the pulse of the times, seek a path of growth, and promote scientific development.
