短裙竹荪(以下简称竹荪)是一种名贵的食用菌,美味可口、营养丰富、有治疗高血压、高胆固醇的效果,并能促进人体新陈代谢、延缓衰老。竹荪在国内外市场享有很高的盛名,素有“菇中之王”的美称。但由于竹荪生长所需条件较为严格,故野生资源很少。为了摸索人工栽培的经验,笔者在肇庆市对竹荪的生物学特征及室内人工栽培进行了观察、试验、取得成功。在广东省新兴县进行了大面积推广,效果很好。现将竹荪室内人工栽培技术介绍如下。
