E-选择素是血管黏附分子大家族中的一大类成员,自1985年发现至今国内外学者对其进行多方面研究。本文就E-选择素的生物学特性及其在肿瘤中的有关研究作一综述。

E-selectin is a member of a large family of vascular adhesion molecules, since 1985 found that domestic and foreign scholars conduct a wide range of research. This article reviews the biological characteristics of E-selectin and its related research in cancer.
