目的通过了解定西一中学生的心理健康状况,探讨中学生心理健康教育的途径,为学校心理健康教育工作的全面开展提供理论依据。方法通过分层随机抽样调查,针对定西一中高中1 158份问卷进行统计分析。结果高中学生的心理问题不容乐观。居前6位的心理问题检出率依次为学习压力7.89%、情绪不平衡6.95%、适应不良6.75%、焦虑5.98%、强迫症状5.57%、人际关系紧张或敏感5.32%。男女生在强迫症状、敌对和情绪不稳3个因子的表现倾向比较一致,在偏执、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、学习压力、适应不良、心里不平衡7个因子不同程度上都存在不一样。结论高中学生的心理健康状况令人担忧,定西一中的心理健康教育工作的开展迫在眉睫。
Objective To understand the mental health status of middle school students in Dingxi and explore the ways of mental health education for middle school students so as to provide a theoretical basis for the comprehensive development of mental health education in schools. Methods By stratified random sampling survey, 1 158 middle and high schools in Dingxi were statistically analyzed. Results High school students’ psychological problems are not optimistic. Among the top 6 students, the detection rate of psychological problems was 7.89%, 6.95%, 6.9%, 5.98%, 5.57%, interpersonal nervousness or sensitiveness 5.32%. The performance tendencies of boys and girls in obsessive-compulsive disorder, hostility and emotional instability are relatively consistent. There are different levels of seven factors in paranoid, interpersonal relationship, depression, anxiety, study pressure, maladaptation, imbalance of heart. Conclusion The mental health of high school students is worrying. The development of mental health education in Dingxi is imminent.
