在讨论不同层次信息化是否具有系统性和相关性,以及这些信息化之间如何转换关系的基础上,给出小微观、中微观、大微观、中观和宏观5个层次纵向信息化及其各个领域信息化概念,然后阐述5个层次之间、各层次的各个领域之间的信息化关联以及发生在这些关联处的转换关系。通过了解信息化的纵向和横向层面的关联及其转换,得出可以通过实施相应手段来有目的地提高某个层次的信息化水平,为某个层面或者某个领域实施信息化建设提供参考模型的结论。
