本文报道了二仙汤(仙茅、淫羊藿、巴戟天,当归、知母、黄柏)及其温(前4味药)和寒(后2味药)两个拆方对24月龄雌、雄SD大鼠下丘脑GnRHmRNA含量和垂体GnRH含量的调节作用。结果表明:24月龄雌、雄老年大鼠下丘脑GnRH基因转录与表达水平下降。表明该龄大鼠下丘脑GnRH神经元的活动能力减退,加重了生殖系统的衰老。二仙汤及其拆方有提高雌、雄老年大鼠下丘脑GnRH基因的转录水平,提高腺垂体GnRH的单位含量,提示二仙汤治疗更年期综合征取效的部分机制与该方延缓下丘脑衰老,提高其GnRH转录与表达水平有关
In this paper, the effects of two decoctions of Curculigo celandicae, Epimedium, Morinda officinalis, Angelica sinensis, Rhizoma anemarrhena and Phellodendron chinense and their warm (before four herbs) and cold The regulation of hypothalamus GnRH mRNA content and pituitary GnRH content in male SD rats. The results showed that the transcription and expression of GnRH gene in the hypothalamus of 24-month-old female and male rats decreased. This shows that this age rat hypothalamic GnRH neuronal activity diminished, increasing the aging of the reproductive system. Erxian decoction and its decomposed formulas can increase the transcriptional level of GnRH gene in hypothalamus of female and male rats and increase the unit content of GnRH in the pituitary gland, suggesting that part of mechanism of Erxian decoction in treating climacteric syndrome can delay the hypothalamic Aging, increase their GnRH transcription and expression levels
