目前,矿山使用的提升设备繁多,随着其电气控制设备的不同,其技术经济效果也不一样,这些提升设备,是矿山的重点耗能设备,其运行维护费用,在矿山生产成本中占有一定比例。特别是我国矿山,提升设备技术比较落后,能源浪费比较严重。因而因地制宜地对这些设备进行技术改造、更新,减少电能消耗,降低运行维护费用,提高安全可靠性,有重要意义。 本文对矿山提升机电气设备进行技术经济评价,并从现场角度出发,阐述一些适用的和方向性的技术改造途径,供从事矿山卷扬机电气设备研究、设计及维护的工程技术人员参考。
At present, there are many kinds of lifting equipment used in mines, and their technical and economic effects are different with the different electrical control equipment. These lifting equipment are the key energy-consuming equipment of the mines and their operation and maintenance costs occupy a certain amount in the mine production cost proportion. In particular, China’s mines, lifting equipment technology is relatively backward, more serious energy waste. Therefore, according to the local conditions, these equipments can be reformed, updated, reduced in electric energy consumption, reduced in operation and maintenance cost, and improved in safety and reliability, which is of great significance. In this paper, technical and economic evaluation of mine hoist electrical equipment, and from the field point of view, describes some applicable and directional ways of technological transformation for mine hoist electrical equipment research, design and maintenance of engineering and technical personnel.
