目的:建立HPLC法测定川贝枇杷糖浆中齐墩果酸的含量。方法:色谱柱为Hypersil C_(18)柱(250 nn×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(95∶5),流速为1 rr·min~(-1),检测波长为210 nm,柱温为30℃。结果:齐墩果酸的进样量在0.18~3.60μg范围内,峰面积与进样量之间线性关系良好,r=0.999 5,平均回收率为96.5%(RSD=0.91%,n=6)。结论:本方法准确可靠,专属性好,可用于测定川贝枇杷糖浆中齐墩果酸的含量。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of oleanolic acid in Chuanbei loquat syrup. METHODS: The column was Hypersil C 18 column (250 nn × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-water (95: 5) at a flow rate of 1 rr · min -1 with a detection wavelength of 210 nm The column temperature was 30 ℃. Results: The injection volume of oleanolic acid was in the range of 0.18 ~ 3.60μg. The linear relationship between peak area and injection volume was good, r = 0.999 5, the average recovery was 96.5% (RSD = 0.91%, n = 6 ). Conclusion: This method is accurate and reliable, and has good specificity. It can be used to determine the content of oleanolic acid in Chuanbei loquat syrup.
