山西省吕梁市离石区正在修建的高楼随处可见,但有不少项目并没有办理过正规手续。有资料显示,2013年5月当地城建部门曾做过一次统计,离石区80余家在建楼盘仅8家办理过正规手续,其余均为违建。违建存在的安全隐患以及政府的不作为引起了当地市民的强烈不满。而当记者就违建问题采访当地城建部门时,得到的回应却是各种借口和推诿,称“这是前任的事”。然而,吕梁市住房保障和城乡建设管理局前任局长王若东,早在2014年12月6日就坠楼身亡了。(2015年7月24日
Luliang City, Shanxi Province Lishi area is being built high-rise buildings everywhere, but many projects did not go through formal procedures. Data show that in May 2013 the local urban construction department had done a statistics, Lishi more than 80 real estate under construction for only 8 formal formalities, the rest are illegal construction. The breach of security and the government’s inaction caused the strong dissatisfaction of local citizens. When a reporter interviewed the local urban construction department on the issue of non-compliance, the response he received was various excuses and pretenses, saying that “this is a prior matter.” However, Wang Ruodong, former director of the Housing Security and Urban-Rural Development Administration of Lvliang, fell asleep on December 6, 2014.
