新课改后,快乐教学理念日益深入人心,广受教师的青睐。笔者作为实践多年的初中语文教师,希望可以从快乐学习的理念出发,通过构建民主、平等、和谐的新师生关系;以趣引入,变情境兴趣为个体兴趣;组织丰富的参与性活动,展现学生自我以及构建长效的激励评价机制等策略使学生能够进行有效的自主学习,使快乐教育理念真正走进教师与学生的心灵。
After the new curriculum reform, the concept of happy teaching is gaining popularity among people and is widely accepted by teachers. As a middle school language teacher practicing for many years, I hope that from the idea of happy learning, I can construct a new relationship between teachers and students based on democracy, equality and harmony. Inevitably introduce and change the interests of the situation into individual interests. I organize rich participatory activities to show Students’ self and long-term incentive evaluation mechanism to enable students to carry out effective self-learning so that the concept of happy education truly into the hearts of teachers and students.
