After leaving the position of director of Public Security of Hangzhou, Ke Liangdong was back to the public.
According to official website of the Chinese academy of social sciences, Ouyang Tao, expert of punishment law, researcher at the Chinese academy of social sciences died on Feb 11, 2016. As his student, Ke appeared at his funeral.
Ke, born in July, 1963, from Hubei. At the age of 18, he went to Wuhan University, then worked in justice school in Fujian. In Apr 1989, he joined the communist party.
