班级管理是班主任的主要工作,针对高中生的年龄特点,在高中班级管理中实现学生的自主管理具有十分重要的意义。从学生自主管理的意义出发,探讨在高中班级管理中,如何调动学生参与班级管理的积极性,充分发挥学生自主管理的作用,达到既能培养学生能力、减轻班主任工作负担,又能打造一个优秀的班级团队的目的。
Class management is the main task of the class teacher. According to the age characteristics of senior high school students, it is of great importance to realize the students’ self-management in the high school class management.
