多年来,作为推进剂与发射药重要能源成分及粘合剂的硝化棉的技术内容基本上采用前苏联标准体系,并且分散在WJ21《双基无烟药用硝化纤维素制造与验收技术条件》、WJ23《单基无烟药用硝化纤维素制造与验收技术条件》及WJ1662《皮罗棉》等几个标准中。随着产品的发展与型号研制的需求,有关硝化棉的技术指标、试验方法和检验规则均有所变化,因而制定一个统一的,能适应当前需要的硝化棉国家军用标准是必要的。
Over the years, the technical contents of nitrocellulose, which is an important energy component and binder of propellant and propellant, have basically adopted the former Soviet Union standard system and are dispersed in the technical conditions of manufacture and acceptance of WJ21 “dual base smokeless medicinal nitrocellulose” , WJ23 “single base of non-smoking medicinal nitrocellulose manufacturing and acceptance of technical conditions” and WJ1662 “Piruo cotton” and several other standards. With the development of products and the demand of model development, the technical indicators, test methods and inspection rules about nitrocellulose have been changed. Therefore, it is necessary to formulate a unified national military standard of nitrocellulose that can meet the current needs.
