经济全球化使越来越多的资金、商品、技术、人员甚至文化冲破了民族国家的范围在世界大市场内流转。较大市场的建立意味着更多企业的加入和竞争的加剧。本文指出经济基础层面上的竞争变化迫使欧盟对调整竞争关系的竞争法做出相应的调整,使它既能迎合欧洲公司对扩大市场的要求,又能保护本土经济免受国外公司的垄断影响。
Economic globalization has enabled more and more funds, commodities, technologies, personnel and even culture to break the boundaries of nation-states and circulate in the big world markets. The establishment of a larger market means more businesses are joining and the competition is getting worse. This paper points out that changes in the economic base level compel the EU to make corresponding adjustments to the competition law that adjusts its competition relations so that it can meet the demands of European companies for expanding markets and protect the local economy from the monopolies of foreign companies.
