近日到各学校调研听了十几节课,对新课程背景下教师的课堂教学虽然只是管中窥豹,但很为教师的专业素养与精神面貌所感染。借助新课程的东风,教师的专业化水平已大大提高,这是颇令人欣慰的气象。但同时,透过这十几节课我也发现了应该引起高度重视的一些现象。我从泛教学的角度,谈谈在新课程背景下课堂教学不可轻视的几个基本问题。
Recently, I went to various schools to study and listen to more than a dozen lectures. Although the classroom teaching of teachers in the context of the new curriculum is only a matter of course, it is very intriguing to teachers' professionalism and mental outlook. With the help of the new curriculum, the professionalization of teachers has been greatly enhanced, which is quite gratifying. But at the same time, I also found some phenomena that should be given high priority through these ten sessions. From a pan-teaching point of view, I talk about some basic questions that classroom teaching can not be ignored in the context of the new curriculum.
