通过对切屑形成过程的动态观察和已加工表面的微观形貌分析，结合切削过程的力学解析，阐明了非晶态聚合物特有的几种切屑及已加工表面的形成机理。
Through the dynamic observation of the chip formation process and the micro-topography analysis of the machined surface, combined with the mechanics analysis of the cutting process, the formation mechanism of several chips and the machined surface that are unique to the amorphous polymer are elucidated.
