以38CrMoAl钢为对象,研究了高频淬火、离子多元共渗处理以及二者复合处理工艺参数对材料性能的影响。对试样表面硬度与硬度梯度进行了测试及显微组织观察。结果表明:在频率20kHz、加热功率35kW、加热时间6 s时,38CrMoAl钢试样淬火效果最佳。经过高频淬火与离子多元共渗复合工艺处理试样表面硬度明显优于单一多元共渗处理的试样表面硬度,高频淬火可以显著提高渗氮效果。经过高频淬火预处理的试样,离子多元共渗(525℃保温6h)效果最好。
Taking 38CrMoAl steel as an example, the effects of high frequency quenching, ion multivariate permeation and the processing parameters on the material properties were studied. The surface hardness and hardness gradient of the sample were tested and the microstructure was observed. The results show that the quenching effect of 38CrMoAl steel is the best when the frequency is 20kHz, the heating power is 35kW and the heating time is 6s. After high-frequency quenching and ion multivariate permeation composite process sample surface hardness was significantly better than the single multivariate co-infiltration of the sample surface hardness, high frequency quenching can significantly improve the nitriding effect. After high frequency quenching pretreatment of the sample, ion multivariate co-infiltration (525 ℃ insulation 6h) the best.
