在中国文化中,舜是一个十分独特的形象。他的本来面目虽然模糊不清,但却是无数国人崇拜与仿效的对象;有关他的史料记载虽然十分有限,但其影响却无比宽泛;他虽然生活在史前时代,但至今却仍然具有旺盛的生命力。今天,学界推进舜文化研究,改造和重构舜这一文化符号,既面临着难得的历史机遇,同时也面临众多新的困难与挑战。《虞舜大典·近现代文献卷》的辑录出版对于研究者把握机遇,赢得挑战具有重要意义。
In Chinese culture, Shun is a very unique image. Although his true face is vague and unclear, it is the object of innumeration and imitation by countless people. Although his historical records are rather limited, his influence is extremely broad. Although he lived in prehistoric times, he still has a strong vitality. Today, academics are promoting the study of Shun culture and reforming and reconstructing the cultural symbol of Shun, both facing rare historical opportunities and facing many new difficulties and challenges. It is of great significance for researchers to grasp the opportunities and win the challenges in the collection and publication of “Yu Shun Dadian · Modern Literature Volume”.
