应用猪囊尾蚴囊液、头节和囊壁抗原斑点 ELISA 检测脑囊虫病患者血清.当血清稀释度为1:20～1:320时,囊液、头节和囊壁抗原对脑囊虫病患者血清的检出阳性率分别为95:7%～82.9%,95.7%～71.4%和97.1%～30%。3种抗原与正常人、肺吸虫病人、华支睾吸虫病人及脑血管病人血清均无假阳性反应或交叉反应。与细胞粒棘球蚴病人血清的交叉反应率分别是22.5%～47.5%,10%～42.5%和10%～17.5%,以囊壁抗原的交叉反应为最低。
