[目的]了解宣汉县蚊类种群分布及季节消长情况,为采取针对性虫媒传染病防控提供依据。[方法]选择各种蚊类适宜的栖息场所,在县域内按东、西、南、北、中各选择一处作为调查点;用人工小时法,即用捕蚊管安放于设定调查点内,每旬最后一天上午10时前人工捕蚊15min,捕蚊只数乘4,则为人工小时密度指数;将每旬监测所捕获的蚊带回实验室分类、鉴定、计数、记录。[结果]共捕获蚊类1842只,为3科6种。主要优势种为中华按蚊、致乏蚊和白蚊伊蚊,分别占捕获蚊总数的50.16%、24.27%、11.02%。全年平均密度为17.83%。[结论]每年5月为蚊类露头月,10月为蚊类越冬月,7月为密度高峰月。
[Objective] The research aimed to understand the distribution and seasonal fluctuation of mosquito population in Xuanhan County, and provide the basis for the prevention and control of the zoonotic infectious disease. [Method] The suitable habitat for all kinds of mosquitoes was selected. The survey sites were chosen as east, west, south, north and center in the county. The artificial hours method was used to place the mosquito traps in the survey points Within 10 days before the last day of every ten days, artificial artificial mosquito for 15min, the number of mosquitoes only multiplied by 4, the artificial hourly density index; the mosquito captured by every ten days of monitoring was taken back to the laboratory for classification, identification, counting and recording. [Result] A total of 1842 mosquitoes were caught, belonging to 3 families and 6 species. The main dominant species were Anopheles sinensis, Lepidoptera and Aedes albopictus, accounting for 50.16%, 24.27% and 11.02% of the total number of captured mosquitoes respectively. The average annual density of 17.83%. [Conclusion] The mosquito outcrop month was in May each year, the mosquito wintering month in October, and the July peak month in density.
