本试验利用果梗无节、绿茎、直立茎3个不同基因型加工番茄品系为母本,品系200408为父本配制杂交组合,研究不同节位授粉、不同蕾期授粉、不同授粉次数对种子发芽势、发芽率的影响,以评价3个品系作为母本使用的优劣性。结果表明杂交组合的各项指标都高于自交组合,且利用果梗无节为母本进行授粉后,授粉果的发芽势、发芽率都优于绿茎和直立茎做母本。研究还表明通过两次授粉可提高结籽率,大蕾期为最佳授粉时期。
In this experiment, three different genotypes of pedicel stalks, green stems and upright stalks were used as female parent, and line 200408 was used as the male parent to study the crosses of pollination, pollination at different buds and different pollination times. Germination potential, germination rate to evaluate the three strains as the mother of the advantages and disadvantages of use. The results showed that all the indexes of hybrid combinations were higher than that of selfing combinations, and the germination potential and germination rate of pollinated fruit were better than those of green stems and upright stems after pollination by using stems without stems. The study also showed that two pollination can improve the seed yield, bud stage is the best pollination period.
