目的分析了磨削加工过程中声发射现象产生机理和声发射信号数学模型,利用新型流体声发射传感器监测磨削加工过程,方法讨论了磨削过程的声发射信号在流体声发射传感器中的传播特性,并就液体喷射速度和角度等因素对其传播特性的影响进行了理论分析,结果实验表明了所用方法的实用性,给出了磨削加工过程中声发射信号特征。结论揭示了利用流体声发射传感器进行磨削加工过程监测的实质,为磨削加工过程的监测开辟了新领域。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the mechanism of acoustic emission phenomenon and the mathematical model of acoustic emission signal in the process of grinding, and to monitor the grinding process with a new type of fluid acoustic emission sensor. The method is discussed for the transmission of the acoustic emission signal in the fluid acoustic emission sensor The effects of liquid jet velocity and angle on its propagation characteristics are analyzed theoretically. The results show that the method is practicable and the characteristics of acoustic emission signal during grinding process are given. The conclusion reveals the essence of using the fluid acoustic emission sensor to monitor the grinding process and opens up new fields for the monitoring of the grinding process.
