本文主要讨论了超声波对管子进行无损检查时聚焦声束在管外壁与水的界面上的行为,纯横波的入射条件;导出了水声程公式和对聚焦探头聚焦角的要求公式。对管子探伤的参数选择上建立了一些可遵循的规律,并运用这些理论解释了管子探伤中所遇到的一些现象;还对管子探伤中的漏检和误报提出了看法,对探伤的机械装置提出了改进意见。并在实际的探伤工作中注意了运用,且进行了解剖试验,得到了客观效果的验证。
This paper mainly discusses the behavior of the focused beam at the interface between the outer wall of the tube and water and the incident condition of the pure transverse wave when the tube is non-destructively inspected by the ultrasonic wave. The formula of the water-sound path and the formula of the focusing angle of the focusing probe are derived. Some rules that can be followed are established on the parameter selection of tube flaw detection, and some theories encountered in tube flaw detection are explained by these theories.
