今年一季度,商品住宅期房预售均价6885元/平方米,同比增长14.8%,房价越涨,购房越“疯狂”,不管高价房、低价房都出现了“排队抢购”现象。房价疯涨使北京的房地产交易市场变得越来越敏感,一方面住房需求旺盛,人民币升值后外资大量涌入引发房地产投资热,另一方面,政府宏观调控和土地政策都存在变数,未来的房价走势带有很大的不确定性。我们将采集一些具有代表性的观点供广大读者参考。
