在我国,对高等职业院校学生的教育是现在教育事业的一项重要内容,高等职业院校尤其独特的心理特征,因此对这些学生的管理工作也应该具有独特性。就目前来看,我国在高等职业院校学生的管理工作中仍旧存在着一定的问题,需要不断地改进。想要改进仅凭空想象显然是很难做到的,借鉴学习其他优秀的管理方法能够达到事半功倍的效果。纵观全球,在西方,现代激励理论已经相当成熟,我国完全可以借鉴在高等职业院校的管理工作中运用激励理论,让教师学会在情感、目标、民主参与等方面来激励学生,帮助学生更好地完成学业任务,更好地做好对高等职业院校学生的管理工作。在参阅相关资料的基础上,简要谈谈高等职业院校管理工作中激励理论的运用。
