日前,针对部分乡镇农业经营管理水平落后、生产技术水平低下、缺少必要技术指导等现状,庄河市组织部门充分发挥在党管人才工作中牵头抓总的作用,实施了选派农业专家和人才到农村服务活动。在充分调研的基础上,庄河市委组织部、市农发局联合出台了《庄河市关于选派农业专家和人才到农村服务的实施意见》,首批从农发局系统中选派了30名政治素质较好、专业技术水平较高、农村工作经验丰富的专家和人才,主要派往农业种植规模较大、设施农业发展较快、农业生产中遇到困难和问题较多的乡镇街道
