档案是历史的记录,历史的陈迹,是一种重要的文献史料。世界上一切事物无不具有两重性,档案史料也具有两重性。在真实可靠性问题上,与其他文献史料相比较,档案史料有极可珍贵的长处,也有毋须讳言的短处。简单地断言档案史料是历史的真实记录,这种说法是值得商的。全面考察档案史料在这方面的长短优劣,对于档案馆提供利用工作的改革,档案史料编纂水平的提高,恐怕还是不无意义的。本文拟以旧政权档案为主要对象,对1949年以前形成的文书档案史料的真伪与可靠程度问题谈谈个人的管见。
Archives is a historical record, historical relics, is an important historical document. Everything in the world is dualistic, and the historical records also have duality. On the question of authentic reliability, compared with other historical documents, the historical data of the archives has extremely precious strengths and shortcomings that need not be denied. It is worthwhile to simply assert that the historical data of a file is a true record of history. A thorough examination of the advantages and disadvantages of archival history in this area is still not without significance for the reform provided by the archives to utilize the work and the improvement of the compilation level of historical documents. This article intends to file the old regime as the main target, on the formation of documents before 1949, the authenticity and reliability of the file to talk about personal management.
