目的:为研究鼻咽癌细胞在裸鼠体内演进中转移能力和增殖能力之间的关系。方法:将鼻咽癌单克隆细胞株(CNE-2Z-H5)移植于裸鼠皮下,待裸鼠发生转移时,取其淋巴结和(或)肺转移灶癌细胞再次移植裸鼠皮下传代,如此用转移灶癌细胞重复传2~4个代后,观察各代裸鼠的转移率和转移途径,同时观察各代癌细胞生长曲线、增殖指数及移植瘤瘤重和体积倍增时间的变化。结果:随着鼻咽癌转移灶癌细胞裸鼠体内的演进,各代裸鼠的转移率增高,且转移途径更为单一,各代癌细胞的增殖能力不断增强。结论:鼻咽癌细胞在裸鼠体内演进中转移能力和增殖能力均不断增强,且二者关系密切。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the relationship between nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell metastasis ability and proliferation ability in nude mice. METHODS: The nasopharyngeal carcinoma monoclonal cell line (CNE-2Z-H5) was transplanted subcutaneously into nude mice. When metastasis occurred in nude mice, the lymph nodes and/or metastatic lung cancer cells were transplanted subcutaneously in nude mice again. Two to four generations of metastatic tumor cells were repeatedly used to observe the metastatic rate and metastasis pathway of nude mice in each generation. The growth curve, proliferation index, tumor weight, and volume doubling time of transplanted tumors were also observed. RESULTS: With the development of nasopharyngeal carcinoma metastasis tumor cells in nude mice, the metastasis rate of nude mice in each generation increased, and the transfer pathway was more uniform. The proliferation ability of cancer cells in each generation continuously increased. Conclusion: The metastatic ability and proliferative capacity of nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells in the nude mice are continuously enhanced and they are closely related.
