目的 研究弯角穿刺经皮椎体成形术（PVP）治疗胸腰椎骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折（OVCFs）的临床效果.方法 将2015年4月至2016年3月于禹州市中医院治疗的88例胸腰椎OVCFs患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各44例.给予对照组常规单侧经椎弓根入路PVP治疗,给予观察组弯角穿刺PVP治疗.观察两组骨折椎体内骨水泥分布情况.结果 观察组骨水泥于椎体内中心总分布率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 弯角穿刺PVP治疗胸腰椎OVCFs效果确切,利于骨水泥于骨折椎体内均匀分布,提升
