各位代表、各位来宾、同志们:河南省金属学会第四次会员代表大会,是在深化改革、扩大开放、加快发展、保持稳定的新形势下召开的。出席大会的代表和向大会推荐的四届理事候选人都是经过民主选举或协商产生的。其中有来自河南冶金生产建设、科研设计、大专院校的科技工作者;有朝气蓬勃、富于创造精神的中青年骨干;有为学会工作默默贡献的专兼职干部和企事业会员单位科协的领导同志,也有部分即将离任
Dear Delegates, Ladies and Gentlemen, The Fourth Congress of the Society of Henan Province was convened under the new situation of deepening reform, opening wider, accelerating development and maintaining stability. The representatives attending the conference and the four nominees for the conference to be recommended to the general assembly are all elected or negotiated democratically. Among them are from Henan metallurgical production and construction, research design, tertiary institutions of science and technology workers; energetic and creative spirit of the backbone of young and middle-aged backbone of the Institute for the silent contribution to the work of professional and corporate members of the Association for Science and Technology Comrades, some of them are about to leave office
