中国女性广泛缺乏生殖避孕知识,使人工流产、重复流产率居高不下,成为备受关注的社会问题。多个国家实践已证实,流产后服务可增加有效避孕,降低重复流产率,而流产后咨询与教育作为流产后服务的重要组成部分,因其规范、高效而倍受推崇。研究显示,流产后咨询与教育干预措施可显著改善有效的避孕措施应用情况,减少流产后再次意外妊娠的发生。目前,中国医院内开展流产后服务欠佳,流产后咨询与教育等有效干预措施亟需进一步推广。
The widespread lack of knowledge on reproductive contraception in Chinese women has led to the high rate of abortion and repeated abortion, which has become a social issue of great concern. Several countries have proven that post-abortion services can increase effective contraception and reduce repeat abortion rates. Post-abortion counseling and education, as an important part of post-abortion services, are well respected for their normative and efficient use. Studies have shown that post-abortion counseling and educational interventions can significantly improve the use of effective contraceptives and reduce the chances of unwanted pregnancies after abortion. At present, the poor service in post-abortion hospitals in China and effective interventions such as counseling and education after abortion need to be further promoted.
