王翔是江西民生集团董事长,连续三届的全国政协委员。他从1994年起,便关注法律对私营经济、私有财产的保护。在此基础上,他于2001年政协九届四次会议上提交了《关于尽快出台物权法重点完善用益物权制度的建议案》,引起广泛关注,许多媒体纷纷报道。因是首次以个人提案向全国政协大会提交,由此获“物权法提案第一人”之誉。在物权法即将通过之际,我们将与王翔委员电话访谈的内容予以整理,作本期专题策划的开篇。
Wang Xiang, chairman of Jiangxi Minsheng Group, for three consecutive members of the CPPCC National Committee. Since 1994, he has been concerned about the protection of the private economy and private property by law. On this basis, he submitted the “Proposal on Improving the System of Usufruct Real Right as soon as Possible” issued by the Fourth Session of the Ninth CPPCC National Committee in 2001, arousing widespread concern and many media reports have been reported. Because this is the first time to submit an individual proposal to the General Assembly of the CPPCC, which won the “first person property law proposal” reputation. On the occasion of the passage of the Property Law, we will organize the telephone interviews with member Wang Xiang for the opening of this special issue planning.
