1临床资料患者男,33岁,双手臂伸侧、面、胸腹、双大腿伸侧出现肤色皮疹5年。始发于双手臂伸侧及双眼睑,逐渐波及胸腹、双侧大腿,近年来皮疹逐渐增多,无明显瘙痒。未经任何诊治,否认有相关家族史,4年前面部两颊出现黄白色皮疹,粟粒大小,逐渐增多,以两颊及颧部为主。体检:系统检查无异常,血尿常规、肝肾功能均正常。皮肤科情况:双眼睑、胸背部、双手臂及大腿伸侧见有泛发性的密集
