随着我国外资医院逐渐开放及多层次、多种类所有制医疗机构的不断涌现,医疗行业竞争日趋激烈。在激烈竞争的医疗市场中怎样把工会工作做得更好,除得到医院党、政领导的支持和工会委员的积极配合外,更重要的一点是,工会管理部门要努力加强学习和锻炼,提高自己应具备的素质,工作中履行职责、求真务实、开拓创新、振奋精神,知难而进,使员工获得满意,才能配合医院全面做好各项工作。文章从工会管理中存在的问题入手,探讨如何加强医院工会管理工作。
