场地分析:本方案位于白城市镇赉县境内,嫩江右岸的吉黑两省交界处1.26km的白沙滩。距白城市区14Okm。总用地11.8公顷。该工程的主要任务是为白沙滩灌区引水,远景结合吉林省白城市引嫩入白供水工程,利用嫩江较丰富的水资源解决吉林省西部干旱地区严重缺水问题,缓解地下水超采,改善水环境,实现水资源的合理配置和高效利用。
Site Analysis: The program is located in Baicheng Zhenlai County, Nenjiang and Heilongjiang provinces on the right bank at the junction of 1.26km white sand beach. White City District 14Okm. The total area of 11.8 hectares. The main task of this project is to attract water from Baishaba Irrigation District. With the prospect of introducing tender water into Baibu City in Baicheng City of Jilin Province, the project will make use of the relatively abundant water resources of Nenjiang River to solve the serious water shortage problem in arid areas of western Jilin Province, alleviate groundwater overdraft and improve water quality Environment, to achieve the rational allocation of water resources and efficient use.
