一、经济机制的一般理论经济机制是指经济过程的各个组成要素之间相互联系、相互制约的关系和它的内在运动方式。它应具有几个特点: 1.它是经济过程各组成要素之间本质的、必然的联系。现象之间的非本质的联系不能成为机制。 2.这种联系是在发展运行过程中的相互联系。而不是静止状态各要素之间的联系。 3.这种联系是经济运行中各要素之间客观存在的内在的联系。而不是人为建立的联系。
