对海黍子有性繁殖与幼苗发育进行了观察,研究了光照、温度、附着基、海上培养水层等条件对幼孢子体生长及成活的影响,结果表明,在试验条件下,温度12~21℃、光照20μmol·m-2·s-1基本能满足海黍子幼孢子体生长,光照过高将导致幼孢子体存活率降低,在大生产中适当提高光照可使幼孢子体生长更健壮。从脱苗率及幼苗生长速度方面,附着基材质以布帘及石块效果更好,幼苗海面培育在50~100cm水层较为适宜。本文初步构建了1套室内与海上相结合的幼苗培育技术。
The sexual reproduction and seedling development of millet millet were observed. The effects of light, temperature, adhering base and seawater aquaculture on the growth and survival of the young sporophyte were studied. The results showed that under the experimental conditions, 21 ℃, light 20μmol · m-2 · s-1 can basically meet the growth of A. millet sporophyte, high light will lead to lower survival rate of the myelosporidium in the large-scale production of appropriate light can make juvenile sporophyte growth more robust. From the rate of seedling emergence and the growth of seedling, the effect of clinging materials and stones is better. It is more suitable to cultivate seawater in 50 ~ 100cm water layer. This paper initially constructed a combination of indoor and marine seedling cultivation techniques.
