要搞好档案工作,首先要有一个机构,要有人来管,恐怕现在我省各级档案机构还不是十分健全的。档案工作是党的机要工作,是一项专门业务、一门科学。档案资料是我们党和国家的宝贵财富,首先要有人管,然后再谈怎么管好。省委关于档案机构的建立有一个通知,各级党委要照着办,首先是要把县以上各级档案机构健全起来,这是当前很重要的问题。如果这个问题不解决,档案就谈不到进行科学的管理,更谈不到管理好,必然会处于散乱状态。
To do a good job archives, we must first have an agency, some people to control, I am afraid that the archives at all levels in our province is not yet very sound. Archives work is the party’s confidential work, is a specialized business, a science. File information is a valuable asset for our party and our country. We must first supervise and then talk about how to manage it well. The provincial party committee has a circular on the establishment of archives institutions. Party committees at all levels should follow suit. The first is to perfect the file agencies at or above the county level. This is a very important issue at present. If this problem is not solved, the file can not be said to carry out scientific management, let alone managed well, and it will inevitably be in a scattered state.
