共同富裕作为社会主义的本质特点,是社会主义制度优越性的集中体现,也是人们的共同追求。共同富裕作为当代中国社会转型的最终价值目标,在社会主义价值体系中位于最高层次,是衡量和判断一切价值手段或价值标准的基础。本文从一个过程的角度来考量共同富裕的内涵,并以此为出发点,分析共同富裕在我国的现状,撇开传统上对于税收和宏观政策的论述,从破除行业垄断、完善收入分配和发展慈善事业的角度来探索经济全球化条件下实现共同富裕的路径,以期对这一问题做出新的有益探讨。
As an essential feature of socialism, common prosperity is a concentrated embodiment of the superiority of the socialist system and a common pursuit of people. As the ultimate value target of the social transformation in contemporary China, common prosperity is at the highest level in the socialist value system and is the basis for measuring and judging all values or standards of value. This article considers the connotation of common prosperity from a process perspective. Based on this, this article analyzes the status quo of common prosperity in our country, aside from the traditional discussion on taxation and macroeconomic policies, from breaking monopoly industries, improving income distribution and developing philanthropy From the perspective of economic globalization to explore the path to common prosperity, with a view to make new beneficial discussions on this issue.
