关贸总协定乌拉圭回合多边贸易谈判中达成的《关于补贴与反补贴措施的协议》(以下简称《协议》),对关贸总协定中原有的补贴守则作了全面修改,并作了许多新的规定。我国全面参与了乌拉圭回合谈判,现正为加入世界贸易组织而努力。我国成为世界贸易组织成员国后,在享有权利的同时,也将要承担一定的国际义务。因此,《协议》规定的内容对我国外贸出口促进立法具有重要影响。
The GATT Uruguay Round Agreement on Subsidies and Countervailing Measures (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) reached in the Uruguay Round of Multilateral Trade Negotiations made a comprehensive revision of the original GATT subsidy code and made many new Provisions. My country is fully involved in the Uruguay Round of negotiations and is now working hard to accede to the World Trade Organization. After becoming a member state of the World Trade Organization, our country will also assume certain international obligations while enjoying its rights. Therefore, the contents stipulated in the “Agreement” have an important influence on our country’s export promotion legislation.
