目的:设计二级医院护理部主任管理培训需求调查问卷,并对其信效度进行检验。方法:使用自设问卷对全国10个省份395名二级医院护理部主任/副主任进行调查,评价问卷的结构效度和信度。结果:最终形成的问卷共8个因子48个条目,结构效度的累积方差贡献率为68.983%。问卷总体内部一致性系数为0.963,折半信度为0.889,各因子内部一致性系数为0.842~0.946。结论:二级医院护理部主任管理培训需求调查问卷具有良好的信效度,可作为调查二级医院护理部主任对管理培训需求的有效工具。“,”Objective:To explore the structure, reliability and validity of management training needs questionnaire for nursing department directors in the secondary hospitals. Methods:We recruited 395 nursing department directors in the secondary hospitals from 10 provinces and investigated by self-designed questionnaire, and evaluated the reliability and validity of the questionnaire. Results:The ifnal version of the questionnaire consisted of 8 factors and 48 items. The cumulative variance contribution rate of construct validity was 68.983%. The internal consistency was 0.963. The split half reliability was 0.889. The internal consistency reliability of each factor ranged from 0.842 to 0.946. Conclusion:The management training needs questionnaire for nursing department directors in the secondary hospitals had good reliability and validity. It could be used as an effective tool to measure the management training needs of nursing department directors in the secondary hospitals.
