地面建设工程是石油行业工程建设的基础性工程,地面建设工程质量的好坏直接影响着整个石油工程项目的质量和进度。地面工程项目的管理是决定工程项目质量、进度的主要因素。因此,必须高度重视石油行业地面建设工程项目管理工作。本文重点分析了石油行业地面建设工程项目管理存在的问题,提出了加强石油行业地面建设工程项目管理的几点看法。
The ground construction project is the basic project of the petroleum industry engineering construction. The quality of the ground construction project directly affects the quality and progress of the entire petroleum engineering project. The management of the ground engineering project is the main factor that determines the quality and progress of the engineering project. Therefore, we must attach great importance to the oil industry ground construction project management. This article focuses on the analysis of the problems existing in the management of ground construction projects in petroleum industry and puts forward some suggestions on how to strengthen the management of ground construction projects in petroleum industry.
