胃泌酸调节素(oxyntomodulin,OXM)是一种天然肽类激素,是胰高血糖素原基因在胃肠道和中枢神经系统转录后加工的产物之一。新近研究发现,OXM通过同时激活胰高血糖素样肽-1(glucagon-like peptide-1,GLP-1)受体和胰高血糖素受体,发挥调控食欲、增加能量消耗、促进胰岛素释放及β细胞保护等重要生理作用,体现出良好的体重干预和改善糖耐量效果。本文对OXM的来源、结构、代谢等分别作简要介绍,重点综述OXM在干预体重和糖代谢方面的作用及其机制的研究概况,并讨论OXM及OXM类似物在肥胖和肥胖合并糖耐量异常/2型糖尿病的应用前景。
Oxyntomodulin (OXM) is a natural peptide hormone that is one of the products of the post-transcriptional processing of the proglucagon gene in the gastrointestinal and central nervous systems. Recent studies have found that OXM can regulate appetite, increase energy expenditure and promote insulin release by simultaneously activating glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptor and glucagon receptor and β-cell protection and other important physiological role, reflecting the good weight intervention and improve glucose tolerance. In this paper, the origin, structure and metabolism of OXM are briefly introduced respectively. The role of OXM in weight and glucose metabolism and its mechanism are summarized. OXM and OXM analogues are also discussed in the study of the relationship between OXM and obesity with impaired glucose tolerance / Application of type 2 diabetes.
