目前,语文教育大多数还是采用的整体式教学,在学生的不同基础上没有太大的教学区分。进入初中以后,语文知识基础上会逐渐出现差距。对于这样的差距,教师如果是按照语文课本要求来进行教学,基础较好的学生的的感觉是乏味模式,对于基础较差的学生来讲,这样的课本知识也同样让他们觉得枯燥,教师也不可能根据不同的学生基础在同一节课堂上采取不同的教学方式,因此小班化教学在初中语文课堂中的开展十分重要。
