研究了在真空感应熔炼条件下,不同的固溶处理冷却方式对Ni-Cr-W-Co合金组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,在试棒上涂覆1309D涂料后经非真空热处理炉1 210℃×4h+空冷,合金中γ′相较铸态时要细小,均匀性更佳,γ′相含量达73.3%。合金经非真空热处理炉1 210℃×4h+空冷处理后,枝晶干上γ′相棱角分明、立方化效果较好,尺寸的一致性、分布的均匀性也较好,γ′相含量约为74.2%,合金力学性能较之其他处理方式更好。试样经真空1 210℃×4h+炉冷处理后γ′相粗化并成球状,力学性能变差。
The effects of different solution treatment cooling modes on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Ni-Cr-W-Co alloys were investigated under vacuum induction melting conditions. The results show that after coating 1309D coating on the test rod, the non-vacuum heat treatment furnace 1 210 ℃ × 4h + air cooling, the alloy γ ’phase is smaller and better uniformity, the γ’ phase content of 73.3%. After the non-vacuum heat treatment furnace 1 210 ℃ × 4h + air-cooled, the dendrites dry γ ’phase angle is clear, the cube effect is better, the size of the consistency, distribution uniformity is better, γ’ phase content is about 74.2%, alloy mechanical properties better than other treatment. After the sample is vacuumized, the γ ’phase coarsens and turns into a spherical shape after being cooled at 1 210 ℃ × 4h + furnace cooling, and the mechanical properties become worse.
