本文对54例(60耳)突发性耳聋患者作了声阻抗测试分析。发现在鼓室压、鼓室图型以及静态声顺值等方面均与正常组无显著性差异;但在同侧镫骨肌声反射阈值方面明显高于正常组(P<0.05)。同时发现在突发性耳聋中出现了同侧镫骨肌声反射的反向曲线,其出现率为88.33％。作者初步认为可根据这一声阻抗测试特点客观地辅助诊断突发性聋。
In this paper, 54 cases (60 ears) sudden deafness in patients with acoustic impedance test analysis. It was found that there was no significant difference between tympanic pressure, tympanogram and static compliance in the normal group, but was significantly higher in the ipsilateral stapes than in the normal group (P <0.05). Also found in the sudden deafness ipsilateral stapes muscle acoustic reflection of the reverse curve, the incidence was 88.33%. The authors initially believe that according to the acoustic impedance test characteristics of an objective diagnosis of sudden deafness.
