本文简要叙述了形状记忆合金管接头失效开裂的光学显微观察和扫描电镜分析结果,指出了失效方式为不连续的穿晶扩展开裂,断口呈解理特征,属于应力腐蚀开裂。
This article briefly describes the optical and microscopic observation of the failure cracking of the shape memory alloy pipe joint and the results of scanning electron microscopy. It is pointed out that the failure mode is discontinuous transgranular expansion cracking and the fracture is characterized by cleavage, which belongs to the stress corrosion cracking.
